  • How do I place an order?

    To order online, fill your cart and checkout. Once we receive your order we will review it and reach out to confirm.

    To confirm, 25% of the total order is due to reserve the items for your date.

  • How much do I owe up front?

    The reservation amount to hold your items for your date is 25% of your total order. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your pickup date.

  • When does my order need to be finalized?

    You can add or subtract to this order up until two weeks before your event by emailing decorativedeignswa@gmail.com with adjustments.

    Your order needs to be finalized and paid in full at least two weeks of your pickup date.

  • When can I pickup and dropoff my rentals?

    The pickup window can be scheduled at checkout. Please reach out anytime to decorativedesignswa@gmail.com to change your scheduled pickup or dropoff time.

  • What happens if I am late to make a payment?

    There will be an additional 10% of your total rental balance added for every 7 days you are late.

  • What do I do if my items are "unavailable"?

    Please email us at deorativedesignswa@gmail.com and we will work with you to see if we can fulfill your order!

  • What if a rental item breaks or I can't find it during or after my event?

    Please inform us at dropoff of what you know is missing or broken, and we will provide further information.
