  • How do I place an order?

    To order online, add items to your wishlist and submit. Once we receive your order we will review it and reach out to confirm.

  • How much do I owe up front?

    The reservation amount to hold your items for your date is 25% of your total order. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your pickup date.

  • When does my order need to be finalized?

    You can add or subtract to your order up until fourteen days before your pickup or delivery date.

  • When can I pickup and dropoff my rentals?

    The pickup or delivery window will be confirmed when your order is finalized.

  • What happens if I am late to make a payment?

    There will be an additional 10% of your total rental balance added for every 7 days you are late.

  • What if a rental item breaks or I can't find it during or after my event?

    Please inform us at dropoff of what you know is missing or broken, and we will provide further information.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Because we are a small business, we offer delivery depending on availability of our staff.

  • Security deposits

    The security deposit will vary depending on each order and the items in it. This will be returned to you within one week following return minus any broken or missing items.
